24th Anniversary Dinner with Gracias a Dios Mezcal

We can't believe it, but 24 years ago, we opened our doors to the public. We could not have done it without the support of the city of Houston, our guests, employees, and vendors.

Celebrate with us at a special Mezcal Dinner featuring Gracias a Dios. What began as a small mezcal bar in Querétaro led its founders on a journey through Oaxaca, where they met fourth-generation Maestro Mezcalero Oscar Hernández in Santiago Matatlán and partnered with him to create Gracias a Dios. Crafted using traditional methods, each mezcal reflects generations of Oaxacan craftsmanship and the unique character of the agave.

We are honored to welcome Gracias a Dios owner Xaime Niembro, who will guide us through the evening's dinner and mezcal pairings.
